In our time together, you will experience Restorative Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation. You will also be guided to create an Inner Sanctuary through Creative Visualization. These practices will assist you in remaining calm and clear in times of stress or upset.
With no previous experience in mindfulness or yoga, you will be pleasantly surprised at how easily you can integrate these wellness practices into your everyday life. Discover that you too can quiet your busy mind, calm yourself in just a few minutes and develop an ongoing sense of well-health and well-being.
