`A Day Away: “Living Mindfully ~ 

Restoring Balance” 

9:00 – 5:00pm      Essential Comfort Studios, Simcoe, Ontario 

 

 

In our time together, you will experience Gentle Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and learn about essential oils and clearing practices to better ground yourself in times of stress or upset.  

 

After being refreshed with a delicious organic lunch, you will meet with qualified practitioners for two private healing modalities and be given time afterwards for reflection or rest. 

 

With no previous mindfulness or yoga experience necessary, you will be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to integrate these wellness practices into your everyday life and discover that you too can quiet your busy mind, become better focused and begin to feel a greater sense of balance and well-being. 

 

 

This retreat includes lunch, snacks, handouts and a mini wellness gift basket.
